Texas Tech University-Costa Rica is part of the PINN program lead by the Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnologia y Telecomunicaciones (MICITT) and CINDE. The PINN program uses funds from the Interamerican Development Bank to train professionals in STEM. We have already trained over 100 professionals in areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. We are currently in the approval process for many more courses and certifications in high-demand areas related to STEM.

ABOUT TEXAS TECH COSTA RICA
The Continuing Education Unit or CEU was created and defined in 1970 after IACET and the U.S. Department of Education task force studied the measurement of non-credit continuing education activities. The continuing education unit (CEU) was designed to:
Provide a standard unit of measurement for continuing education and training.
Quantify continuing education and training (CE/T) activities.
Accommodate for the diversity of providers, activities, and purposes in adult education.
