ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Students who fail to make academic progress towards their degrees may have their scholarship suspended. Lack of progress means failing below the college's acceptable GPA, deviating from the required class sequence, under-enrollment, retaking or dropping too many classes, or being absent from too many class meetings.

Students who are not enrolled and attending class by the first week of the semester risk the suspension of their scholarship.

Students with a lower cumulative GPA than the one required by their scholarship will be placed on Scholarship Probation during the next semester. By the end of the semester on Scholarship Probation, if your cumulative GPA continues to be below your scholarship's requirement, you may lose your scholarship.

Students admitted to Explore Business, Explore STEM or undeclared must declare a major after their second semester, be it Fall or Spring. Failure to declare a major might result in the suspension of their Texas Tech-CR scholarship.

Scholarship applications are approved on a rolling basis.

There is still time to start your application!

Once you have submitted your documents, the Scholarship Committee will review them.

The committee may also ask you for a personal interview.
